Proforma Invoice (PI) & Production File Locking Protocol

To eliminate misunderstandings across time zones and languages, bulk manufacturing follows strict mutual sign-off criteria.

1. Pre-Payment Design Signoff

Custom packaging dielines, typography, foil positions, and tray card layouts are proofed via 3D rendering free of charge. No production starts until the client provides explicit written approval on final vectors.

2. Technical PI Specification Lock

The formal Proforma Invoice itemizes every parameter: fiber type (Korean PBT), thickness (0.03–0.07mm), curl curves (C/CC/D/DD), adhesive retention (6–8 wks), tray packaging profiles, and unit price breaks.

3. Legally Binding Mutual Lock

Once the deposit is wired, the PI and signed artwork dieline are locked. Factory tooling and cleanroom shifts are scheduled immediately, protecting your delivery timetable and pricing.

Volume Price Tiers & Commercial Payment Schedule

We provide transparent price discounts based on real manufacturing batch efficiencies and predictable capital terms.

3-Tier Wholesale Volume Breaks

We provide 3 tiered quantity quotations in every commercial proposal. Volume tiers are calculated across cumulative order sizes, allowing clients to combine curls and lengths under one tier. Lash products start at 100 trays per specification; liquids and accessories start at 50 units per item.

  • Tier 1 — Starter & Trial MOQ (100–499 Trays): Ideal for launching new private labels, testing emerging curl curves, or salon studios. Low financial exposure.
  • Tier 2 — Commercial Wholesale (500–1,999 Trays): Substantial margin unlock. Includes complimentary custom color tray cards and customized barcode label printing.
  • Tier 3 — Brand Partner & Distributor (2,000+ Trays): Maximum factory cost efficiency. Unlocks priority production queuing, buffer warehouse reserve, and annual on-site visits.

Payment Milestones & Wire Guidelines

Payment structures depend on overall order volume and custom tooling requirements to balance cash flow and material commitments.

  • Orders Under $3,000 USD: 100% payment is required before production begins. Sample kit fees remain fully credited against your first bulk order.
  • Orders Over $3,000 USD: 50% deposit to initiate raw Korean PBT allocation, oven scheduling, and box printing; the remaining 50% balance is payable before shipment.
  • Accepted Commercial Payment Rails: Company Telegraphic Transfer (T/T Bank Wire) and PayPal (Commercial Invoices).

Incoterms Responsibility Matrix: EXW vs. FOB vs. DDP

Whether you have your own freight forwarder or need hassle-free door-to-door shipping with customs cleared, here is how responsibilities divide:

Trade Term UBLASH Responsibility Buyer Responsibility Recommended Scenario
EXW Ex Works (Factory Floor) Manufacturing, cleanroom batch QA, export carton packing, and making goods available at our warehouse loading dock. Arranging domestic China pickup, export declaration, air/sea ocean freight, destination customs tariffs, and local delivery. Buyers with established consolidated shipping agents or existing forwarding hubs in Guangzhou/Qingdao/Shanghai.
FOB Free on Board (Port of Origin) Factory manufacturing, domestic transport to Chinese seaport/airport (Qingdao / Shanghai), customs export clearance, and export port terminal fees. Main international ocean/air freight booking, destination port fees, import taxes/VAT, and final trucking to recipient warehouse. Medium-to-large wholesalers handling large volume sea-freight containers who negotiate their own corporate shipping contracts.

Pre-Shipment Quality Acceptance Standard

Before balance payment is requested, our QA department executes comprehensive verification:

  • High-Resolution Photo & Video Inspection: Comprehensive photos of outer cartons, inner boxes, tray alignment, and peel behavior sent for buyer confirmation.
  • Retention Sample Archival: Representative trays from your exact batch are cataloged and preserved in our archive for 6 months to guarantee traceability.
  • Third-Party Inspection Welcome: Clients are welcome to deploy third-party inspection firms (e.g., SGS, Bureau Veritas) to our facility before departure.

Export Carton & Documentation Standards

Lash products are delicate cosmetics. We adhere to rigorous export crating specifications:

  • Heavy-Duty 5-Ply Corrugated Cartons: Built to withstand intercontinental container pressure and air cargo compression without tray warping.
  • Moisture & Heat Barrier Liners: Sealed inner polybags and desiccant packs prevent curl moisture absorption during ocean transit.
  • Complete Customs Dossier: Every shipment carries detailed Packing Lists (P/L), Commercial Invoices (C/I), Certificate of Origin, and MSDS chemical files.
